Repair, recondition, service and prepare CAT and other Empire line allied machines and components for delivery. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and failures of machines, engines, machine systems and components. Work in adverse weather and other adverse situations presented by field working conditions. Accept all out-of-town assignments requiring extended overnight stays. Provide on-the-job training to helpers as assigned. Communicate, orally and in writing, information, instructions and explanations to associates, customers and management regarding equipment conditions, problems and recommendations.
